Assembly is a digital manufacturing solution for companies looking to produce branded apparel at a high level, but who lack the resources to execute them in-house. Assembly is a unique business with a very specific way of working, and after a long process of experimenting and fine tuning, together we’ve developed a strategy for reaching the right decision makers at enterprise clients.
We came aboard at the earliest steps of Assembly’s journey, when they just had a prototype website. Leveraging the power of Meta, Google and Assembly’s CRM, we built an advertising funnel and a series of email flows to convert leads into customers, supported by regular A/B testing on the landing page. We also brought in Alexis Mark to create advertising assets, with A Color Bright ensuring that the site’s front end was at the level expected in the design space.
Our performance marketing is active across Google and Meta, targeting high-level creatives who work in industries outside of the apparel sector. We’ve simultaneously executed collaborations with notable companies in the design space to reach our customer organically. We continue to work on scaling Assembly’s business in targeted markets by increasing ad spend in line with the company’s margin and revenue goals.
